Job Description:
• To coordinate crane maintenance and repair works with Mechanics and Director/Manager
• Monitor and update maintenance register/ Schedule
• To prepare and collate Machinery Check list Daily Weekly & Monthly Checklists (Forklift Boom Lift, Scissors Lift, Overhead Crane& Sweeper)
• To keep track monthly, 3-monthly maintenance schedule and checklists of all cranes and other machineries
• Prepare maintenance checklist reports
• Assist to plan, organize and coordinate works of mechanics
• To assist in purchasing functions whenever required
• Arrange Tyreman job assignment
• Update and file all records in a timely manner
• Prepare company vehicle inspection list and update to system
• To coordinate with drivers/operators and operations team for vehicles inspection and ensure vehicle passed the inspection for road tax renewal
• To prepare Handover Checklist and conduct vehicle handover whenever there is a change of vehicles of Lorry Crane Driver/Trailer Driver, including new and resigned employees.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management
