Requirements

· GCE ”O” level

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Candidate must be able to commit from January to March 2025.

Administrative and/or Marketing (Primary Role)

• Strategize, plan and implement both administrative support and marketing activities to accelerate the company’s online presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, relevant blogs)
• Create content to increase interaction and monitor measurability of campaigns to the target audience
• Work with marketing and design departments to create key visual communications
• Create, curate, manage and publish all social media content, including images, copy, video, audio podcasts, etc.
• Create effective marketing copy to achieve social media campaign objectives.
• Monitor the social listening across all online platforms
• Manage paid advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
• Compilation of weekly and monthly reports with analysis on effectiveness of campaigns

Chinese Teaching (Secondary/Minor Role)

• Involve teaching Chinese language to High School Students for A-level preparation
• Prepare learners for academic exams in Chinese, plan and deliver class lessons, and mark assignments
