Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous

· Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system

· Check and verify staff claims

· Prepare payment via various modes if need

· Maintain daily cash/bank book

· Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers

· Handling in partial sets of accounts and assist in month-end closing

· Attend and provide support in administrative duties for office

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director or Manager

-To assist and support in recruitment mattersand responsible for MOM matters (pass application/renewal/cancellation)

-Maintain employees’ data and files and ensure they are kept up to date.

-Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding matters

-Monitor training needs.

-Assist in preparation of audit schedules.

-Assist in manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

-Input and process completed purchases in the accounting system, after matching and validating suppliers’ invoices, purchase orders and other supporting documents.

-Assist monthly payment matters. (eg. Issue cheque)

-Assist on ad-hoc duties / projects as requested by the Director or Manager

As a Project Executive (ACMV), you'll play a key role in the success of our projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.

You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead teams of supervisors, foremen and workers.
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, subcontractor management and quality control, in conjunction with safety consciousness.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for ACMV projects, optimising resource utilisation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain transparency and build strong relationships.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems.
• Identifying and proactively resolving potential issues to minimise delays and ensure project success.
• Responsible for project logistics, scheduling and deployment of manpower and tools.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Nitec/ Diploma Of Certifications in Mechanical /Electrical.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project, preferably within the ACMV/HVAC and electrical industry.
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems, along with relevant technical knowledge.
• Construction related certifications to perform duties, eg. Safety, M&E, etc.
