Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts & management reporting (quarterly/ yearly budget & forecast)
• Handle Intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections with sales team
• Monthly bank reconciliation and cashflow management which to ensure that all receipts & disbursements are recorded

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualifications
• Min 4 years’ experience in full sets of accounts
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting system / MS Office applications (Word and advanced Excel)

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy, CPA holder preferably with 8 years relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with exposure in the trading & manufacturing sector and/or fund management industry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and a full set of accounts.
• Prepare quarterly/half-yearly financial reports and board papers for a listed entity
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Prepare monthly analysis and review the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries
• Formulate, review, and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in all finance-related matters. This includes maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and managing the administration of finance processes.

Bed Management Unit (2 years’ Contract)

Job Description
The Bed Management Unit (BMU) coordinates and provides efficient and clinically
appropriate ward placement of all patients entering or within the National University
Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU.
• Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to patients shall be in accordance to patients' needs and choice where possible
• To be able to identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures
• Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status.
• Answer phone calls to handle bed enquiries and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests.
• To assist in the preparation of management reports and provide statistics as and when required
• Ad-Hoc writing of reports and statistics
• Offer emotional support and help patients cope with their illnesses.
• Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Possess minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Conversant with essential software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point and knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Job Description:

•Make sales call to existing customers on a planned itinerary covering all customers based on schedule, i.e. weekly, bi-monthly.

•Achieve the team target through taking repeat orders through phone calls.

•Managed sales enquiries and close sales deal for the team.

•Ensure consumer's queries, complaints and issues are resolved in a timely manner with accordance to the proper guidelines and SOPs.
