Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopee and Lazada online store listings, including updating product information, images, and prices.
• Process customer orders promptly and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to quality and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Language: Chinese and English

Job description:

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
• Training and course arrangement

• Compile data and support the department in the preparation of monthly statistics and/or reports
• Receive department’s new hires and issue orientation checklists and training materials
• Coordinate, maintain, verify and update records for trainings
• Provide secretarial support for department meetings.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above
• Prior admin experience will be advantageous !!
