Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist the SEA Packaging Category Manager in executing packaging projects across SEA.
• Project Oversight: Monitor packaging projects to ensure alignment with market roadmaps.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve critical issues that impact project delivery; escalate as necessary.
• Progress Reporting: Track and report on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Influence and guide project team members towards accountability and issue resolution, escalating to management when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Attend incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued, etc.).
• Match purchase orders, and deliver orders with supplier invoices.
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
