Responsibilities:

Accounts:

• Providing administration support to finance and admin department in general
• Timely and accurately post supplier bills into accounting software
• Checking and posting employees claims
• Assisting the finance manager to prepare aircrafts monthly activities statement
• Undertake any ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of this role as requires

Administration:

• Preparing purchase order or anyother administrative documents
• Provide administrative and logistical support for customer service director.
• Any other ad-hoc general administration duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI Higher/CAT or relevant fields
• At least 3 year of relevant working experience in accounts and administration.
• Possess skills and proficiency in XERO,Quickbook accounting software
• Proficient in Excel Functions (Vlookup & Pivot tables) is an advance.
• Possess good initiative towards task given

* Able to work odd hours (example: 9 am to 4 pm or 5 pm to 9 pm etc)

* Work from Home with access to computer during operation time

* Average working days per month : 20 working days

* Salary range from S$2000 to S$2300

* Computer literate (knowledge of words and excel)

* Must be able to work independently
