Responsibilities

• Oversee shipments, bookings, and required documentation with forwarders.
• Inform stakeholders upon finalizing shipping documents.
• Handle shipments, including crating, forklift arrangements, and fumigation.
• Prepare and validate shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Package and ship spare parts as requested.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in shipping.
