• To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.

We are looking for a Warehouse/Material Controller to join our client's operations team in Boon Lay, Singapore. This is a contract role offering a competitive salary of up to $3000 per month, with the opportunity to work 5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Ad-hoc task given by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC
• Willing to do OT
• Prefer warehouse/storekeeper experience.

Reporting to the Research Fellow in charge of this project, You will be to assist in literature review, IRB submission, coordinate recruitment, data collection in quantitative and qualitative studies, data entry and analysis. You will liaise with the relevant personnel in hospital / Polyclinics to ensure smooth running of recruitment and data collection, under the supervision of Research Fellow and Principal Investigator (PI)

Job Responsibilities*

Subject Recruitment and follow up

• Be involved in subject recruitment, scheduling and data entry. Screen patients based on study eligibility, and communicate the study aims to potential subjects in layman terms.
• Obtain consent taking, administer study questionnaires and follow-up on study participants.
• Work closely with research team, clinicians, clinic staff and other relevant internal departments to ensure research study needs are met.
• Able to work on tight timelines, set sensible targets and achieve research deliverables.

Data collection, analysis and manuscript writing

• Conduct qualitative interviews and data analysis.
• Perform data cleaning and quantitative data analysis.
• Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to research protocols i.e., HBRA.
