RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be accountable to the Head of Centre for the safety, hygiene, training, caring and general well-being of the trainees in the Training & Development Centre.

Job Description

•Outline building orientations per elevation

• Insert building floor and unit numbers at a per defect level

• Checks for external and internal reports before compiling together with relevant reportheader

• Adding building’s rectified images need to the defect image once rectification is complete

• Gathering of building and site information (diagrams, building name and address, buildingtype and client information)

• Other adhoc task including but not limited to time stamping of images in report, defectmapping, and other QC checks

• Assist in data collection for internal inspections.

• Assist in compiling and quality control of inspection reports.

• Assist in any other project delivery and operations tasks as needed (including but not limited to): Tethered flight drone operations (as spotter) and distributing door-to-door notices informing of drone operations

• Working hours (9AM-4PM) from Monday-Friday

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant/Assistant Accountant specializing in consolidated accounts. You will play a key role in preparing monthly management reports, analyzing audit schedules, assisting with budgeting, and consolidating accounts for both local and foreign subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a background in financial reporting who can work independently while contributing to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Prepare audit analysis schedules and other management reports as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle the consolidation of accounts for local and foreign subsidiaries.
• Undertake additional accounting tasks as assigned to support the finance team.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, with proven skills in consolidating group accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
