Role:

• Handle full set accounting, including GL tasks.
• Support compliance with internal accounting controls.
• Collect rental arrears from tenants efficiently.
• Assist budgeting and perform variance analysis tasks.
• Submit financial and regulatory reports on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems – Voyager (Yardi).
