• Achieve budgeted F&B revenue goals through promotion, product and pricing of F&B department
• Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that initiatives and programs are well communicated to all stakeholders and that any issues resulting from those programs are quickly identified and resolved
• Identify, establish relationships and collaborate with experts in F&B industry and participate in F&B concept development
• Identify process improvements and make recommendations to senior leadership, as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality management major in F&B Culinary Management
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in senior F&B management positions with proven operations record of managing multiple established chains of hotels/restaurants. Experience in managing MICE, Theme Park and full F&B culinary is an added advantage
• Preferably have a strong background in F&B sales and marketing and F&B revenue management
• A proven record of initiating and championing new concepts through successful implementation
• Exceptional skill in problem solving and leveraging resources to optimize discipline capabilities
• Strong ability to effectively manage and be responsive to multiple stakeholders with competing priorities while delivering successful, measurable results

The Job

Facilities Management (FM)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for policies and procedures for maintaining the organization’s facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and manage all facility-related projects and renovations including construction of new facilities. Ensure the safety and security of all facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the timely negotiation and renewal of facility-related contracts and government permits and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to facilities and equipment, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and practice safety guidelines. To follow up on the audit findings and recommendations resulting from any regulatory authorities.
• Develop and lead in implementing and monitoring emergency management and in Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Bio-Medical Engineer (BME)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for the efficient and effective management and routine preventive maintenance of medical equipment and devices of the various departments.
• Evaluate, select and recommend contractors/vendors to ensure optimal preventive maintenance of all medical equipment and devices, including its required annual budgeting
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

The Person

• Diploma or Degree holder with minimum three (3) years of working experience in Facilities Management and/or Bio-Medical Engineering.
• Possess excellent technical knowledge and skills.
• Strong communication skills in engaging and managing user expectations.
• Strong understanding of managing facilities and bio-medical equipment.
• A problem solver, with hands-on approach to plan and execute well.
• Able to think and work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous in attending to incidents and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Builds rapport within teams and able to contribute within a matrix organisation structure.

• Formulating finance-related Process, Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Establishing and driving the Financial planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational goals and priorities.
• Participating in the regular planning and meeting and activities including design workshops, IT systems implementation and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) partnering relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring actual performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decision
• Communication liaison among the various stakeholders, key management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions to allow for the successful set-up of the Hospital
• Funding request for the set-up of the Hospital
• Funding utilization tracking and monitoring to ensure utilization and compliance
• Besides on-the-job training, successful candidates will be sent for relevant courses and nesting within established operations to gain hands on process experience.

Requirements

• Possess a good Degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Self-driven and highly motivated
