• Provide support for Project Temus to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
• User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
• Review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
• Conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
• Assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS/Workday).
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Keen interest in AI and automation tools to innovate work processes.
• Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
