• Assist in scheduling new employee training on AML for all new employees and refresher training for all employees and onboarding of new hires into the compliance function
• Coordinate meetings and collate weekly/monthly reports from Head of Compliance in various countries
• Perform administrative management and compliance oversight of a portfolio of contracts with external vendors that are engaged by the Company
• Communicate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations and external parties such as outside counsel and external auditor
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Compliance Team.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use good judgment and logic with attention to detail and organizational skills
• 1 year of experience in a corporate office environment is preferred
• Experience in preparing materials for compliance reporting
• Ability to review content for accuracy and consistency
• At least 1 year experience in Compliance or corporate secretariat and with basic knowledge of regulatory compliance issues
• Proficient with word processing, excel and computer skills

Job Responsibilities/Scope:

Handling full spectrum of administrative supports duties for our clients which includes but not limited to the following:

Assist Senior to manage a portfolio of clients by providing administrative supports for the the following:

• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Manage corporate documentation for the clients (eg, minutes and resolutions)
• Perform customer due diligence for Company incorporation
• Filing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
• Maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book and submission of statutory returns to ACRA
• Managing compliance work related to share transfers, share allotments, appointment and resignation of directors, and the preparation of the Company's Constitution.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mechanical design of jigs & fixtures and machine parts
• Communicate with customers for design input
• Coordinate with customers for design related issues
• Projects management
• Coordinate with sales team, production staff and suppliers
• Technical support on-site
• Local and overseas travelling expected

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably in AutoCad & SolidWorks
• Preferably with knowledge in Jigs & Fixtures design
• Preferably with experience in the Semiconductor industry
