Our Ideal Candidate would be one who can:
● To perform duties set by the Brand manager
● Understand the needs of the project and provide instructions to other colleagues accordingly
● Work closely with the Sales team to execute marketing campaigns through the retailer network and assist them in meeting sales targets
● Coordinate with other departments to execute tasks assigned
● Assist the Brand manager in responding to enquiries and requests from principles and partners while managing their expectations
● Monitor the progress of projects and keep the Brand manager updated
● Gathering feedback and data after campaigns to analyse the effectiveness and points for improvement
● To find out and keep up with the market trends and what our competitors are doing in the region we operate in
● Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Other preferred requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially the use of Excel sheets and PowerPoint
● Must be meticulous in their work
● To understand the purpose of the role and work independently
● A team member who can work with and communicate their intentions to others clearly
● Able to understand the Japanese language or have a JLPT N3 qualification would be a plus
● Having experience, interest or knowledge in trading card games would be a plus
● Having an interest in Japanese anime & game culture would be a plus
