Job Scope:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff during shifts.
• Help train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure high performance
• Manage and involve in opening and closing of the store and banking of the daily sales

Requirements:
✅ Diploma holders or with at least 3 years of retail supervisory experience
✅ Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
