Coordinate bi-monthly town halls with the Snr Operations Manager and Head Chefs for all staff and roll out action plans

Administration

Collaborate with colleagues cross-departmentally via Monday.com and meet deadlines

Set up and participate in monthly venue walkthroughs to identify and address cleanliness and R&M concerns, ensuring the team maintains health, hygiene, and safety standards at a top level

Assist the Principal, Project Architects and Accountant in all aspect of administration duties.

Tasks assigned by the Principal and Project Architects such as data entry, preparation of documents and letters e.g. tabulations, progress claims, tender documents, form filling, cover letters and others.

Attend to incoming calls, screen and forward calls to relevant personnel

Attend to walk-in clients and visitors

Update staff attendance, leave applications and reimbursement claims

Oversees day to day operations

Manage and keep stock of office stationeries and pantry supplies

Liaise with vendors in relations to office matters and equipment

Check and reply to email correspondences

Filing, scanning, printing and binding of documents e.g. drawings, tenders

Other adhoc duties assigned by Management.

Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming and well-maintained

Jason Marine Group Limited is a Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronic equipment and marine communication integration solutions for offshore vessels arriving in Singapore or around the Asia region.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including picking and packing, shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory.

He is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of handling equipment and spare parts. He is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1) Perform receiving, goods checking, put-away, order picking and issuing / shipping of equipment and spare parts

2) Update all receiving and issuing transactions into the inventory management system

3) Check the quality of materials and monitor product lifespan

4) Handle import and export documentation

5) Assist in inventory control and conduct proper housekeeping in the store

6) Provide logistics administrative support

Requirements

1) ITE or equivalent

2) Basic IT and SAP knowledge

3) Cargo lifting, Cargo receipt, inspection

Work Environment

1) Full-time, working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays, with lunch break.

40 hours per week
