Job Responsibilities
Operations - Admin
- Manage and supervise all admin supports in the outlets
- Plan and manage work schedules for all outlet admins
- Support front desk operations in the outlets when needed
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office operations such as maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment etc.
- Address and resolve customers’ complaints professionally and promptly
- Conduct trainings for admin staff periodically
Operations - Outlet
- Handle outlet and students’ insurance matter
- Manage and follow up all outlets’ matters including lease renewal, new lease, maintenance, renovation etc
- Assist in planning and coordinating company art events
- Handle new or renewal contracts of broadband, mobile for all outlets
- Responsible for stationeries for students in the outlets
- Follow up with mail management in relations to advertisement in the respective mall
- Keep track of billing for broadband and mobile usage
Personal Assistant to Director
- Manage Director’s meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, correspondence etc
- Provide support to Director in relations to claims, billing, payment matters etc
- Coordinating and monitoring the execution of plans and events assigned by Director
- Undertake and follow up on all tasks or projects as assigned by the Director
- Co-ordinate weekly meeting and taking minutes
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum diploma qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Excellent people management and teamwork
- Familiar with Microsoft applications and other social media platform
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
