Senior Office Administrator

Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office to ensure smooth operations and play a critical role in supporting company management, staff, and maintaining a productive office environment. Duties span from handling office resources to supporting human resources and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, such as supplies, equipment, office cleanliness, safety protocols, and space planning, keep good relationships with vendors and ensure everything on time on budget.
• Timely create office/admin management policies as required.
• Organize and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management as required.
• Act as a point of contact for office staff, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Coach junior admin members to ensure high service standards and efficiency.
• Other adhoc tasks assigned by admin leader.

Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., MS Office, office management software).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DB Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, supporting, and maintaining our database infrastructure to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, extensive experience with Oracle databases, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

• Design, plan, support, and maintain DB infrastructure to ensure robust and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed stipulated SLAs.

Performance Monitoring and Problem Resolution:

• Monitor DB infrastructure performance and address technical issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system DB infrastructure problems that may require the creation of new techniques, tools, and processes.

Project Support:

• Provide effective implementation and operational support for projects, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Lead and manage the DB infrastructure team to deliver high-quality support for project needs.

Analysis and Improvement:

• Analyze internal and external business challenges and regulatory issues, proposing improvements to enhance infrastructure performance and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the DB infrastructure.

Availability and Standby:

• Be available for 24x7 standby on-site or on-call support after office hours, weekends, and public holidays for operational or implementation projects.

Teamwork and Leadership:

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and provide clear instructions and guidance to team members.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members to build a cohesive and skilled team.

• Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
