Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales manager in administration work, such as preparing quotations, tax invoices, delivery orders, and more.
• Coordinate delivery services for local and overseas customers.
• Demonstrate strong communication skill.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage e-commerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and eezee).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Operations Managers with responsibility to the Region in performing day-to-day operational tasks for those Clients assigned to the Operations Manager.

Operations

-Receive shipment information from clients (invoice, HAWB, PL, Datasheets, etc).

-Process shipment documents.

-Tracking of shipments or with agents in different countries or direct contact with other offices.

-Coordinate phone calls with agents to solve issues if needed

Administration

-Data entry – create shipments and upload shipments information to company’s

-operative system

-Gather and save documents related to shipments on files and internal system-----Keep information/files updated include fees for shipments

-Provide reports as per Ops Manager requests in regards with shipments status or any matter.

• Maintain regular communication with Agents within the region and with the other Global regional offices
• Preparation of regular reports as per Client specific needs
• Input and maintain accurate data as established by corporate policy/procedures and per system requirements.
• Escalate to Ops Manager for any situation / issues when it cannot be resolved directly or if the issue requires strategic guidance/decision
• Support on the preparation of QBRs
• Manager support.

Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare tender documents (including evaluation criteria, specifications, etc.), carrying out the tender evaluation, and preparing tender recommendation reports, and subsequently contract documents.
• Review, assess and recommend to the Project Architects the suitability and validity of contents drafted by the Client’s lawyer/Consultant Quantity Surveyor in the front-end tender documents (e.g. Particular Conditions of Contract, Preliminaries and General Conditions, Preambles, etc.)
• Assist the Project Architects in the daily contract administration matters such as drafting contractual letters, notices, instructions, directions, and certificates; and assessing variation claims, extension of time claims; and any other contractual claims submitted by the Contractor.
• Prepare for approval of change requests and variation orders.
• Document projects thoroughly for claims management.
• Coordinate and liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors in addressing contractual matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
