Main Responsibilities:

• Assessing the server systems requirements for the organization
• Asset inventory, software licenses and version control management
• Audit compliance and Risk management
• Backup, replication, and recovery operations
• Business continuity and Disaster recovery
• Change management, change configuration, patch management, and upgrades
• Documentation and knowledge transfer between the team
• DLP, Server and Endpoint protection, security policies and controls
• Incident management, fault reporting and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, test, and maintain the server systems infrastructure
• Multi-factor authentication, Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificates
• Server systems administration, load balancers, secure file transfer, file and print
• Server systems projects, RFI, RFQ, RFP
• Password management
• Perform the day-to-day server systems job requests, operations and support
• Proactive monitoring, alert notifications and server systems operations checklist
• Product life cycle and tech refresh
• Server systems cable management
• Subject matter expert for server systems infrastructure
• Support Carpark Operation

Requirements:

• A diploma in IT with at least 1 years of relevant working experience and certifications
• Able to work after hours when required and perform standby duties for support
• Travel between remote sites on ad hoc basis
• Experienced in On-prem and Cloud environment
• Proficient with Active Directory Domains, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, Powershell

Job Responsibilities:

8. Raise Purchase Order (Ariba and GSI)

11. PDM –Updates in System for Review and Approval

12. Collect time related progress information to update progress charts.

13. Liaising with project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for Project Director

14. Arranging team events with a keen focus on team building and cohesion between the various functions of project teams
