The Data Product Team in NUS IT serves as the focal point between the business and technical teams. Requirements:

• Responsible for communications in 3 levels: Corporate, Brands and Products to develop strong foundations for corporate and brand images, as well as product perceptions, for both BMW and MINI brands.
• Assessment of business processes, the effectiveness of internal controls and applied methods in all business areas of the BMW Group in the region Asia-Pacific.
• Formulate strategy and manage communications for BMW Group communications in alignment with global, regional and local requirements.
• Develop and manage communications on BMW Group competences (e.g. Technology, Design) and product communications relevant to BMW and MINI brands in local context.

• Ideally between 5+ years’ valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting, professional services firm or a bank. Experience in building and/or validating pricing models, valuations control, would be an added advantage.
• Strong grasp of quantitative finance, including models for equity, interest rates, FX, and credit, and valuation techniques including binomial trees, monte carlo simulation, and numerical techniques.
• Expertise in implementing valuation models for financial instruments in VBA or other programming languages is essential.
• Knowledge of business valuation and intangible asset valuation, discounted cash flow models, and trading and transaction multiples would be advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.

• Prior experience in M&A or project financing of power projects shall be an advantage;
• ASEAN-based project experience is advantageous
• Experience in preparing bankability feasibility studies / business cases for infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions;
• Thorough understanding of risk analysis and allocation for project finance and PPPs;
• Knowledge of project finance documentation and experience in taking projects to financial close;
• Result-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability;
• Ability to manage and mentor staff on engagements, and providing on the job training and knowledge sharing;
