• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or fintech product development, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in global markets.
• A solid understanding of product methodologies and a structured approach to product development.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and a deep understanding of agile principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
