He/she will work along with big retailers/FMCG/Health and F&B brands on creative and innovative solutions in the store environment. Candidates should be able to efficiently and creatively contribute to an ambitious growth agenda.

Managing and delivering day-to-day operational requirements of Clients on all projects

Content creation & copywriting

Proposing analysis of trends, Market research, benchmark on competition reports

Assisting the creative team by synthesizing useful insights from different sources in consolidated presentations

Participating in the design thinking approach and in the creation of inspirational design presentation to translate our work

An ability to speak French would be a plus as a lot of our clients are French, based in France

Looking for a project manager who can be responsible for overseeing the entire print production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that all internal teams (design, print production) and external vendors are aligned.
3. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with printers, suppliers, and other external partners.
4. Quality Control: Ensure the final print product meets client requirements and quality standards, troubleshooting issues in the production process when needed.
5. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control the project budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the production cycle.
6. Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, potential risks, or delays.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential issues early in the process and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
8. Post-Project Review: Ensure the final print product is delivered as agreed, gather feedback from the client, and assess the project’s success for future improvements.

Key Skills:
