JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle sales enquiries. (Focus more on sales, the design team will assist you in the design part)
• Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization, and material selection to prospective clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during the project
• Prepare proposal and quotation based on client requirements and design
• Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion
• Site supervision and project coordination
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the project works smoothly
• Schedule workflow to meet customer move-in date
• Create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants with Min. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related fields are highly welcome

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks including PLL, phase interpolator, low jitter clock distribution, Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, high-speed DACs and ADCs, Filters
• In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
• Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE
