Job Description:·

• Space planning for residential project·
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts· Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
• Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes.
• Site supervision and project coordination
• Any ad-hoc tasks given by Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in construction drawing and rendering in SketchUp software.
• Skill in Autocad, 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others.
• Demonstrated euthusiasm for learning and growth
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design visually stunning graphics, logos, icons, and branding materials

- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media assets

- Design and layout publications, reports, and presentations

- Work closely with copywriters to develop cohesive visual and verbal identities

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation

- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design
