• Good web/ Internet knowledge and be aware of internet trend
• Proficient in design software in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Illustration/ Animation skills
• Proficient in editing video and motion graphics
• Experience with videography & photography and has good knowledge of photo retouching, post production, file handling and photo editing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage sales enquiry
• Manage min 2-4 projects at any one time (with the assistance of Project Coordinator/Manager)
• Understand homeowners' requirement and prepare for design proposal/mood board
• Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts & Prepare quotations
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
• Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
• Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
• Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
• Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or any design related with minimum 2 years of experience in HDB/Condo projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus
• Space planning, Microsoft Excel and powerpoint
• Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
