Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, and web assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Create promotional materials such as banners, ads, and brochures for online and offline use.
• Revise designs based on feedback to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to ensure innovative and high-quality outputs.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Passion for skincare, makeup and beauty, and branding with an understanding of current industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce creative content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
