Qualifications

Your Role:

• Teach 10 to 12 classes weekly (2 hours per class) and inspire a love for Math in primary school students.

It is one of few schools in Singapore offering lessons by a Suzuki- certified cello teacher. We are looking for committed and passionate cello educators to join our team on a full- and part-time basis, to grow The Cello Suite into a leading centre for cello education in Singapore.

Job description:

1. Conduct individual cello lessons and group classes for all ages (from 4 - adults) (Suzukiand/or other methods)
2. Prepare students for concerts and exams
3. Draw up/ submit lesson plans for classes
4. Provide timely feedback to parents about students’ progress
5. Conduct theory and aural lessons, as required
6. Attend relevant meetings, events and professional development sessions, as required
7. Bonus: able to accompany students on the piano
8. Full-timers will also be asked to organise concerts and events for students

Requirements:

1. Believe that Every Child Can, and that everyone is able to learn and enjoy playing aninstrument. Must be passionate about music and helping people grow.
