• Teaching and educating students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to your care by the Head of department
• Assigning work to and correcting work carried out by the students
• Assessing, recording and reporting the progress, attainment and behaviour of students in a timely manner
• Conducting and contributing to oral and written assessments
• Communicating, consulting and co-operating with members of the teaching staff, the administrative staff and subject supervisors
• Ensuring high standards of professional practice through appropriate learning of the subject/s and preparation to tackle essays and school assignments
• Contributing to the professional development of new teachers according to the arrangements of the Head of department
• Showing flexibility by teaching different syllabuses and cooperating with the management by shifting to other departments if the need arises
• Contributing to the preparation of study material for students as instructed by the Head of department.

We are looking for experienced teacher/tutor to teach Primary or Secondary subjects

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with a diploma or a Bachelor degree
• Has experienced in teaching the subject.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Someone who has experience working in a tuition centre will be a bonus.
• Enthusiastic, patient and passionate in helping students to excel
• Dedicated and a team player

The role:

• Prepare materials and curriculum
• Conduct lessons
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress
• Assess each child’s educational and development needs

Other Information:

• Location: near Clementi/ Yew Tee/ Yishun/ Serangoon MRT
• This can be a part time (3 or 4 day week) or a full time (5 day week) with 1 weekend.
• Working hours: weekday 1 pm to 9pm; weekend 8.45am to 6pm
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
