Job responsibilities

• Main Function - Accounts receivable, including Credit Control, process documents received from customers, monthly accrual Journals, manage a small set of Malaysia’s accounts
• Process and prepare accounting source documents such as cheque payment, payment vouchers, manage stationeries etc
• Filing and custody of accounting documents assigned
• To follow up with Customers on payment issues
• To support in preparation of weekly, monthly accounting reports needed for audit or management reporting

The Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar invites applications to fill several Tenure Track faculty positions. Appointments will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Faculty duties include teaching subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, supervision of students, advising undergraduate student projects, and service to SUTD and the community. Candidates for senior positions must demonstrate the ability to successfully create and manage an independent research program. Job Responsibilities:

• Open and/or close the studio according to the specified operating hours.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, providing information about our services.
• Conduct group yoga classes (2 classes daily).
• Manage studio operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for clients.
• Follow up with potential customers, set appointments, and manage the scheduling system.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
• Engage with and serve customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Process transactions for customer enrollments and purchases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 200hrs Yoga Teachers Training Certified with at least 1 year teaching experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
