Job Description
The Personal Assistant will support the founder in managing the end-to-end process of launching our AI video editing app. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating with teams and managing schedules to assisting with marketing and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Assist in planning and executing the product launch roadmap.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on track.
Marketing Support
• Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
• Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
• Draft and proofread marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases, and app store descriptions.
Administrative Support
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communication for the founder.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports for review.
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to the project launch, including vendor coordination.
Operational Support
• Oversee beta testing activities and gather user feedback.
• Assist with app store submissions and compliance processes.
• Track budgets and expenses related to the launch.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience in tech startups, product launches, or marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
