. Supports staff results by communicating job expectations

. Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
. Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

. Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved. . Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
. Maintain accurate claims records and documentation, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
. Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English.
. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
. Able to work independently.
. Responsible, mature and well-groomed.
. Good communication skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
