• Answer calls and emails promptly with accurate information and solutions
• Resolve customer queries on the first contact and follow up as needed
• Provide feedback to relevant teams to improve customer experience
• Educate customers on self-service/automated banking channels
• Complete after-call administrative tasks
• Use customer service and sales skills to ensure satisfaction

• Verify and review prescription orders for accuracy
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care

Salary: up to $55/hr

Duration: 3 months contract ( Renewable )

Location: Kent Ridge

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
