ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Establish and clearly communicate all global, regional and site Manufacturing Engineering strategies to the ME Engineering team.

· Coach, mentor and train engineers with the Manufacturing Engineering team.

· Support recruitment and retainment of Manufacturing Engineering talent within the site.

· Report and drive improvement within the site through the monitoring of the key ME Engineering metrics.

· Develop and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering succession plan for the site.

The Role

• Manage the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for payroll
