Admin Executive

• SGD2,600-SGD3,200
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
  (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)
• Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
• Process data entries for Accounts Receivable invoicing
• Manage and maintain inventory of pantry and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring smooth arrangements.
• Record and maintain monthly meeting minutes.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Job requirements

• With relevant working experience, experience in Account receivable is an added advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (word / Excel / outlook... etc)
