The Role:

The Digital Product Manager develops the product portfolio roadmap, pricing and launch strategies and financial projections. He leads the development of a suite of products, evaluates products to identify gaps, issues with product interface, performance and product functionalities based on market feedback, and prioritises the development of product features against strategic goals and initiatives. He drives market research studies to explore new technology and oversee the development of business proposals for new opportunities.

He works with various teams across the organisation. He uses product development and management tools and is well-versed with various product positioning and pricing methodologies. He is also knowledgeable of new and emerging consumer and industry trends.

The Digital Product Manager adopts a broad perspective when distilling market trends and synthesising opportunities for growth. He puts forth fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to drive product portfolios. He is an influential leader who communicates well and sustains strong, positive relationships with his team and clients, articulating the value of the organisation's products engagingly and compellingly.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement product development strategy and plans

• Create feature descriptions for the organisation’s products
• Develop product portfolio roadmap, pricing and launch strategies and financial projections
• Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues
• Present product portfolio performance to senior stakeholders
• Review the product requirement documents containing product specifications and requirements

Drive product development

• Lead the development of a suite of products
• Evaluate products and highlight gaps, issues with product interface, performance and product functionalities based on market feedback
• Integrate feedback and requests in the ideation and development of products
• Design detailed specifications and development costing against market potential and future revenue
• Prioritises the development of product features against strategic goals and initiatives
• Define the requirements for each feature and desired user experience
• Determine the timeline for development, implementation, and release process for the product

Develop and grow business

• Develop marketing tactics and pricing strategies
• Drive market research studies to explore new technology
• Evaluate the feature roadmap for feasibility
• Oversee the development of business proposals for new opportunities
• Lead the team on business proposals for new opportunities
• Evaluate the feasibility of these innovative ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience

Manage people and organization

• Manage the budget expenditure and allocation across teams and projects
• Track the achievement of the team’s achievements and key performance indicators
• Propose new operational plans, including targeted budgets, work allocations and staff forecasts
• Optimise the use of and allocation of resources
• Develop learning roadmaps to support the professional development of the team
• Manage the performance and development process, including providing coaching and development opportunities to maximise the potential of each individual

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or above, and more than 5 years of experience in mobile APP product designs are preferred
• Familiar with IoT products and implementation, user research, demand analysis, functional design, and interaction design;
• Excellent data operation thinking, analyzing and iteratively updating product functions;
• Excellent logical thinking ability, analytical ability, and communication and cooperation ability;
• Excellent in product sensitivity and innovative spirit, strong execution ability, and resource integration ability
• Proficient in using prototype tools such as Axure/Sketch and mind mapping tools such as Xmind/MindManager;
• Good organizational coordination and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good working knowledge in the UX / UI field
• Knowledge and working experience in software development

The Job Role:

• Manage the full cycle of a business development process to ensure business goals are achieved
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and alliances for the Company’s range of electronic manufacturing services for Automotive, Health tech sectors
• Canvass and secure new customers for Contract Manufacturing of Electronics/ Plastic products
• Prepare proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
• Regular follow up with customers to maintain and enhance business relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/ Tele-Communications/ Computer Science or related discipline
• Relevant working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry with good understanding of business landscape
• Possess good knowledge in manufacturing process in Electronics PCBA and Plastic Tooling/ Injection
• Ability to work independently to canvass
• Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and has good business acumen
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes

· Overall responsible for development and maintenance of customer accounts in Singapore and Indonesia

• Prepare inventory aging and monthly forecast reports, and follow up on aged or sample stock.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, company procedures, and ISO standards.
• Oversee transportation and monitor shipments to ensure timely arrival and proper documentation for customs clearance.
• Analyze and manage the budget for import shipping, identify cost-saving opportunities, and verify invoices from 3PL.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, and act as the main liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
• Supervise and train the import shipping team, conduct performance evaluations, and promote team development.
• Stay updated on industry technology advancements, manage Navision system updates, and identify potential risks in the import process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in manufacturing or relevant industries.
