Job Scope:

Logistics Administrator

• Accurately input warehouse operations data into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system and maintain up-to-date records daily.
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with all customers to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are scheduled and delivered on time.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with monthly or yearly inventory counts.
• Maintain proper documentation of warehouse records, as well as equipment servicing records.
• Organize daily pick, pack, and transportation arrangements.
• Complete any other assigned tasks.

Logistics Assistant

• Receive, check, and organize incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if licensed).
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
