Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.

Work Day: 2 Weekdays and 1 Weekend

Job Description

* Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g. Phone Calls, WhatsApp Chats / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
* Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints
* Ensure clients satisfaction and provide professional client support
* To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.
* Collect mails and documents
* Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

• Design Support:
  

Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software such as Canva and Photoshop.

• Market Research:
  

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

• Collaboration:
  

Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.

• Administrative Tasks:
  

Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and managing schedules.

Requirements:

• ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
• Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role or related field.
• Strong understanding of fundamental marketing theories and practical applications, with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in event planning, execution, and vendor management is highly desirable.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Competent in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media platform analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently creating bilingual content.

Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and basic accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
• Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by the key personnel.
• Assist team on project coordination if required
• Assist team on documents compilation for the landlord/authority before projects commence.

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Understand basic local tax (GST) will be a bonus
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance financial workflows and internal controls.
