• Minimum Nitec / NTC 2 or 3 certificates in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.

• Experience in air-conditioning repair & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Manage routine administrative tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative support for the examination process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist with exchange programs, online courses, and internship-related matters.
• Support the review and processing of course results.
• Facilitate the course appeals process for incoming exchange students.
• Assist in course registration process.
• Handle time-sensitive activities such as data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Secretariat duties.
• Undertake ad hoc duties and support assigned projects to ensure smooth transitions and uninterrupted operations.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Clinic Assistant located in Parkway East Hospital. Our client provided health and wellness service.You are responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. This includes managing appointment bookings and efficiently registering both new and returning patients. Additionally, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information, and resolving queries. Handling insurance claims, preparing invoices, and collecting payments are also key tasks. Alongside these, you will perform various administrative tasks, assist with clinical duties, and carry out simple procedures as needed. Furthermore, you'll undertake additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the medical facility.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in medical insurance processing
• IT savvy
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is particularly valued.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a clinical environment

• Identify outdated, worn, or damaged materials for review in accordance with the library’s guidelines.
• Coordinate weeding exercises including compiling and documenting lists of materials for removal and liaising with relevant departments for appropriate action.
• Participate in collection checks and stock-take exercises to identify missing or misplaced items.
• Relocate materials and reorganise shelves to accommodate changes in collection arrangement.
• Perform regular shelf-reading to ensure items are properly organised and in correct order.
• Support library operations and frontline services as needed.
