To process the following requests received from policyholders:

• Policy loan and surrender
• Change of address and contact
• Preparing documents for scanning into imaging system

Job assigned includes:

• Checking of completeness of documents submitted
• Checking of eligibility of application
• Typing of letters
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
