Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree

2. Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant in export/import, with specific knowledge of commodities.

3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of export/import processes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with natural resources and quality assessment standards.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly for engaging with third parties.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and relevant trade management software.

[What the role is]

Joint Decontamination Operations Department (JDOD) develops capability as well as coordinates and jointly manages the decontamination operations for Chemical, Biological and Radiological (CBR) incidents with other departments and agencies.

The candidate will be responsible to drive the development of operational concept formulation, force development, capabilities development to support NEA’s response and recovery capabilities.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a team responsible for the following:

• Develop the operational concept and masterplans for mitigation measures of the environmental incident

• Develop the operational requirement to support NEA detection, mitigation and response capabilities

• Establish a capability development roadmap for NEA’s response capabilities, supported by with life-cycle management planning.

• Establish and consolidate operational plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), doctrines, and training requirements

• Develop measurement of effectiveness and performances to ensure readiness

• Monitor tech developments/new technologies in decontamination; build relationships with possible tech partners and experts

• Manage capability development projects and scope projects/initiatives to support JOD’s capabilities

• You will be working with other government agencies and NEA Division/Dept that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
