Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Strategy:Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in student recruitment.
  Build and expand the company’s network of partner institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
  
• Partnership Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions in Singapore.
  Negotiate and formalize agreements with partners to promote their programs.
  
• Market Expansion:Research and analyze new markets to identify opportunities for business growth.
  Develop tailored strategies to attract students from various regions worldwide.
  
• Sales and Lead Generation:Lead initiatives to generate qualified leads and ensure a steady pipeline of student enrollments.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development goals.
  
• Event Representation:Represent the company at education fairs, expos, and networking events to promote its services and build connections.
  Host workshops, webinars, and meetings to engage potential clients and partners.
  
• Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular reports to the management.
  Identify and address areas for improvement to ensure sustainable growth.
  

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or student recruitment sector.
  
• Skills:Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
  Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Description

• Welcome and attend to customers, providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain the showroom and product layoff.
• Handle customer support and liaise with General Managers.
• Act as a strong client advocate, while maintaining business priorities
• Monitor the progress of client inquiries up to confirmation of final resolution
• Provide ongoing technical expertise & assistance
• Work both independently and with a team
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Independent and self-motivated individual.
• Having a positive attitude to adapt to the dynamic environment.
• Experience in E-commerce and online retail would be an advantage.
• Prior sales experience would be an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese as need to communicate with team in China.
