2) Patients Experience Programmes

• To work with Corporate Communications, Pastoral Care Services and Nursing in organizing patients’ engagement events.

3) Family/Caregivers Engagement

• To proactively identify caregivers stress and engage caregivers in conversations for the purpose of offering empathy and support, solutions and resources that will enable them to cope better.
• To collaborate with external agencies like Caregivers Alliance in supporting the caregivers and post discharge follow up.
• To participate in ward processes relevant to patients’ relations and experience.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or training in public relations, communications and counselling.

• Position : Admin Assistant (Coordinating/Good Boss) – Up to $3,000 - ALL WELCOME - URGENT
• Location : Benoi Road - Opposite Joo Koon MRT
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of stock control
• Overall In-charge of warehouse office administration - such as servicing + purchases, office upkeeping and HR matters
• Shipping aspects of warehousing
• Ensure closing of administration gaps
• Act as goods checker working in conjunction with the Warehouse Executive
• Plan, co-ordinate daily delivery and installation
• Work closely with salesperson on enquire of booking of delivery slot plus ensure payment is fully paid before delivery
• Work closely with account department to check on overseas documents if payment has been made before posting plus other related DO or invoices payment issue

Requirements:

• Minimum of ITE Certificate with at least 1 year working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel.
• Immediate starter will be an advantage
