Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts to expand GLDB’s client base.
• Facilitate new loan and account opening applications, and proactively manage and monitor these accounts to minimise non-performing loans.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal credit and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments for client profiles.
• Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products.
• Represent Business Unit in ad hoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank’s success.
• Stay informed about market trends regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to effectively educate and inform clients.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Wholesale/Commercial/Enterprise Banking serving wholesale customers.
• Comfortable with outbound acquisition via phone calls to bring in new customers for the bank and to deepen the relationship for existing customers of the Bank.
• Demonstrated records of overachieving sales target under high-pressured working environment whilst balanced with risk awareness and management.
• Highly proficient in in AML, KYC, CDD, creating credit proposals, credit memo writing, and credit structuring.

As the Information Technology Security Manager, your primary responsibility is to establish and maintain a robust and comprehensive information security program within the organization. Job Description

• Coordinates the University's efforts to analyze, develop, implement and maintain the campus space and master planning for NUS campuses.
• Reviews campus demand and supply and manages campus planning and space program of projects, working with internal stakeholders and project managers, carrying out feasibility study and make recommendations on a wide variety of campus planning issues that include cadastral boundaries, sites, connectivity and other related infrastructure components.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge in the arenas of planning and design, environmental sustainability, site design, architecture, space planning and/or engineering disciplines.
