• Good understanding of and interest in Singapore’s general business environment and manpower issues.
• Knowledge of the career guidance/coaching industry will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with MS Office software especially Excel and PowerPoint preferred

• Communication: Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholders. To also possess strong interpersonal skill to be able to engage diverse stakeholders across all levels.
• Organisational and Planning: Able to demonstrate strong organisation, project management, time management and planning skills, with meticulous attention to details and a strong numerical sense.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solve: Demonstrate capability in quick-thinking, capable of managing last minute or unexpected changes, and able to solve problems resourcefully.
