Job Description

• Validate and process contracting requests
• Perform due diligence checks for new on board accounts
• Collaborate and support stakeholders in contracting requirements
• Validate reports and data to check for systems integrity and follow up with stakeholders to rectify issues found during validation
• Assist records and contracts retrieval, system tools testing, templates validation and process mapping

• Leading the team with positive attitude
• Daily sales report at the end of day shift, including attendance of staff
• To supervise and sign off beverage inventory as well as wastage record every month and submit by the end of the month.
• Manage budget and cost of food and beverage
• Scheduling of staff on duty
• Conduct daily briefing
• Training and supervising new/existing staff
• Petty cash and cash control
• Ensure that staff's food hygiene cert is up to date
• Customer complaint management
• Staff management and retention

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist therapist in setting up therapeutic equipment.
• Observe patients during treatment, compiles data and report patient's progress.
• Help patient in their exercise and therapy.
• Cleaning of therapy workplace and therapeutic equipment.
• Handle enquiries, answer phone calls, record and coordination between the departments.
• Any other administrative duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature.
• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength.
