My client located near Tai Seng is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Executive with full set of accounts to support the FC in day to day accounting transactions.

1. Performing day to day accounting transactions

2. Journal entries, GL

3. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

4. Working with spreadsheets, general ledgers and journals.

5. Recording and filing cash transactions.

6. Controlling credit and chasing debt.

7. Invoice processing and payment

8. Processing expense claims and reimbursement

9. Bank reconciliation

10. Liaising with third party providers, banks,clients and suppliers.

11. Other accounting related transaction.

You should have at least 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with full set of accounts experience but not a must.

Added advantage if you have knowledge of SAP business one

This is a six month temp contract to cover maternity leave and subject to further extension

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
