The successful candidate will manage the corporate services functions at IME, which include administration, purchasing, budgeting, resource planning, and other corporate support, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Corporate Services functions.
• Lead the annual budget exercise and forecast reporting. Oversee the preparation, monitoring and management of funds.
• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to support business planning and decision making.
• Drive transformation efforts by proactively reviewing and suggesting improvements to operational efficiency and cost control.
• Maintains strong internal controls and governance, balancing public accountability, prudent use of funds, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor your team and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Preferably at least 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills in decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Familiar with SAP and proficiency in data analytics/visualization tools like Power BI will be beneficial.
