Duration: 6 months subject to Extendable/Convertible

Working Location: Kent Ridge HQ (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

· Follow up with 0-30 days AR and weekly outpatient AR

· Follow up with patients for payment via call, email and sending of invoices/SOA

· Proceed with legal recourse as part of the debt recovery process

· Proactive referral of patients to MSW

Job Requirements

· Local Polytechnic Diploma or A Level/Higher Nitec

· IT savvy and comfortable with the coordination, follow up with patients for payment via call, email

· Organized, meticulous and proactive

· A team player with good interpersonal skills
